3 Seaway Lane

(Unlisted in 1973, but "should be listed" according to the Appreciation, and now Grade II listed like its neighbours)

The Appreciation describes this cottage as "picturesque seen across ground from village" ~ it's picturesque from pretty well any direction, and it even has the evocative name "Smuggler's Cottage". It's handy enough to both the sea and the village to have served that purpose, and given that its origin is supposed to be 18th century, it even dates from the right period.
